Ashutosh has over 16 years of experience working in a Managerial position with EY, Bank of America, and HDFC Bank in India. He has extensive experience in Financial due diligence both buy and sell-side deals across industries such as technology, consumer and industrial products, and geographies. He has worked on-site on deals in France, Czech, and Dubai offices. He is also well-versed in Financial planning and analysis.

He has joined us to lead M&A engagements by taking control of all the aspects of a transaction and reviewing workbooks containing financial information and analysis. He will help us in providing the clients with an in-depth analysis of the deals based on his experience. He will guide the team to increase the value proposition provided to the clients.
